Pricing
40 dollars a half hour in US funds for remote support is our minimum charge where we use remote administration software to connect to your computer and asses your issue. Before we begin, we will send you a link to pay our $40 dollar US fund assessment fee for a half hour of our time and then connect to your pc once the payment has cleared. After the assessment, we will give you a rough estimate and explain next steps so you can decide if you want to continue, and we will send another payment link for the same amount every half hour while we resolve your issue.
Email support technical support questions are $30 dollars in US funds per a specific question. Questions like how do I fix my monitor or slow app are considered too general and do not apply. We will send you a link to pay our fee and then send the response to your question once the payment has cleared.

Phishing & Security
I will be offering Home security training in the future and hope to host online security training for home users. I would like to expand this area of my operations rapidly as see a need for computer security in the home as not a lot of my friends can tell a phishing email from a legitimate one. I have successfully completed most of knowbe4.com's security training at my day job (Synoptek) and working to resell their services for the home market. I believe in their training and an currently applied to be a re seller of their services for the home market. Sorry, I can not take on corporate clients at this time.
